Initial Consultation – £55 – consultation & spinal analysis

Your first visit will be approximately 60 minutes long and will include a full clinical history and a thorough assessment to ensure your spine and nervous system are all working correctly. 

Your Chiropractor will discuss his findings and let you know how many sessions you may need and perform your first treatment, with your consent.

Regular Treatment -  £40
 

This will be between 15-20 minutes and will include a follow up treatment as needed. This can include your chiropractic adjustment and a review of any exercises as prescribed.

Treatment plans - starting at £30 per treatment

If we recommend multiple treatments for your issue, reduced rates are available if paid in advance:

6 sessions: £228

12 sessions: £420

18 sessions: £540

Our cancellation & missed appointment policy

When you book an appointment with Tintern Chiropractic, we reserve that time exclusively for you. 

To ensure all patients receive the best possible care and appointment availability, we have implemented the following cancellation policy, effective immediately:

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee*.

  • Missed Appointments/No-shows: If you miss your appointment without providing any notice, you will be charged 50% of the treatment fee*.

  • In the event of multiple no-shows: Appointment fees will need to be settled prior to an appointment being scheduled.


Fees for late cancellation/ no-shows:

Initial consultation: £27.50

Regular treatment (including patients on treatment plans): £20.00


* Invoices will be sent via email on the day of the missed appointment 
 

To help avoid this scenario, our booking system automatically sends a courtesy reminder email to you one day before your appointment time. Please bear in mind that If you do not receive your reminder, your appointment remains your responsibility to attend or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
